All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service:

  • Singapore: 2 - 4 business days
  • International: Currently unavailable

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Delays & Courier Responsibility

Tea Begins is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is outside of our direct control. However, we will always assist in liaising with the courier where reasonably possible.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Tea Begins is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any re-delivery fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at teabegins@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
