Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been delivered.

As our items are consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after successful delivery. This helps us ensure product quality, freshness, and hygiene for all customers.

Exceptions

We will happily assist in:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • Your product is defective upon arrival

If any of the above applies, please contact us at teabegins@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved cases will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
  • Orders that have been successfully delivered

Tea Begins is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has been dispatched. However, we will always assist where reasonably possible.
